What To Expect

After early pickup at your Marrakech accommodation by 900am, head south toward the Atlas Mountains then to Desert Agafay by air-conditioned minivan with your guide.

We will then continue to the valley of Imlil at the foot of the High Atlas mountains, than we drive through Kik Plateau to Amizmiz which acts as a juncture point between the many small Berber villages in the surrounding area. The weekly souks are an important part of Berber culture as individual Berber farmers from the surrounding hills bring their goods to sell. After a break for mint tea we go to reach the source of Imi n Tala, in the deep valley of Amizmiz, passing by traditional villages. a short walk in the village of Tnirt for lunch in one of the traditional Berber houses.

We will explore different villages, then we finish our tour crossing the rocky Desert of Agafay.

rocky dunes where you will stop to take photographs, including one of the sun setting over the desert. then back to Marrakech.
