Growing up, her mother who is Ukrainian, used to spend hours cooking for family events, and Maria was always present with her in the kitchen - observing, assisting and tasting! Her maternal grandmother was also an amazing cook, who cooked everything from scratch, never following any recipes just her natural sense of taste and intuition. Maria has inherited these cooking skills, and is often experimenting with ingredients to create unique flavors - which she says is like art, a way to express herself! Maria's meals are simple, healthy and she loves to mix together the elements of different cuisines. Learn to cook a Spanish fusion meal that you will later share together with Maria, at her dining table.

Maria is a lovely woman and an excellent chef. My grandsons (16 and 13) and I thoroughly enjoyed our evening of Spanish Fusion cooking - educational instructions, participating, and eating! And she speaks 4 language, something we Americans find amazing and admire. Thank you for a great adventure in cooking!
